Being locally owned and operated we understand the importance of getting high speed Internet to the most remote areas. If you live outside the main townships up and down the Coast we offer our Rural Fixed Wireless Access Plans.

Basic Rural Plan 10Mbps is $89/month
Balanced Rural Plan 20Mbps is $119/month
Premium Rural Plan 40Mbps is $149/month

Standard fee for new installs: $600

If you are new to Zelan, a technician will need to be sent out to INSTALL the service, ZELAN WILL PROVIDE AN AERIAL AND WIRELESS ROUTER. Connection is subject to a successful signal test. Acceptance of a ‘Sign on Form’ does not guarantee service can be delivered. In the event that a connection cannot be achieved, no Connection fee will be charged. All equipment remains the property and responsibility of ZELAN and must be left intact at the original service location upon the termination of service. In authorising an installation, the customer verifies that they have secured all necessary approvals of the site/property owner.

Standard install includes a basic WiFi Router. For full coverage, an upgrade may be required, installation Technican will advise.

¹ Advertised values are the maximum download speed to be expected under ideal conditions outside of peak demand periods. Connections are asymmetric with upload speed @ 50% of the quoted figure. Actual speeds acheived are subject to environmental factors such as location, line-of-site, noise / interference.
