If you are new to Zelan, a technician will need to be sent out to INSTALL the service, our Standard Broadband connection fee for an open term is $199+GST AND ZELAN WILL PROVIDE AN AERIAL AND WIRELESS ROUTER. Advertised connection speeds are subject to environmental factors such as location, line-of-site, noise / interference. Connection is subject to a successful signal test. Acceptance of a ‘Sign on Form’ does not guarantee service can be delivered. In the event that a connection cannot be achieved, no Connection fee will be charged. Equipment (but not fittings and cabling) remains the property and responsibility of ZELAN and will be recovered at the termination of service. In authorizing this installation, the customer verifies that they have secured all necessary approvals of the site/property owner.
